Custom-made automation

Custom machinery for the preparation, positioning and assembly of specific products and accessories for cleaning, personal care, car and appliance maintenance and the food industries.
Complete lines with intermediate buffers, boxing systems and final palletizers.

Cleaning

  • Classic mops in non-woven fabric: from the non-woven fabric roll to the complete mop assembled on its handle, with or without the integrated wringing system.

  • Pasta machine: assembly of the frame of the pasta machine, starting from its basic constituents (sheet-metal components, rollers, gears, screws, scrapers)

  • Quality check of parts and of assembled items.
  • Heat-assisted mechanical deflashing for part finishing.
  • Cutting, shearing and punching systems for plastic and metal parts.

Packaging

Lots of formats, even in line

Systems for product bagging, boxing and packing with glue, heat, ultrasound or staple closing; labelling and marking units.
Custom lines for palletization of filled boxes.

  • Product packing on a displayer, for public display: the products (various types of mops and brooms) are inserted into preformed displayers and positioned for picking and transport.
    Options:
    • Displayer forming and closing, starting from the flat carton.
  • Single and multiple packaging for toothbrushes, interdental brushes and refills: the packaging is made from a roll of paper or plastic film, then it is closed for sealing and punched.
  • Card application on the products in the assembly line: starting from the flat carton and through pre-folding, it is possible to create different folding sequences, thus obtaining different 3D shapes suitable for every product.
  • Carton box forming, filling, closing and palletization: starting with the flat carton, boxes of various shapes can be formed through several steps. The boxes can then be filled with the products, closed and codified through markings.
    Options:
    • In-line creation of piles of boxes (wrapped or otherwise) on a pallet.

Handles machines

Complete machinery lines for the production of metal handles, including assembly machines for various plastic inserts (hanger tips, thread inserts, mop inserts, tapered inserts and so on), boring, deforming, cutting as well as labelling systems and machines for packaging and palletization.

Palletization

  • Palletizers: they can be placed upstream or downstream of lines for forming, painting, assembly for tube transfer, completed or partially assembled handles, completed products in any type of container or packaging system.

Assembly

A complete line of assembly unit models, all designed to meet different volume and interchangeability needs, even for telescopic handles.

  • 1800 pcs/h – highly configurable pneumatic assembly units: they can be equipped with interchangeable units to allow different setups and the assembly of widely different inserts, with options for central inserts on the handle if needed.
    Options:
    • Palletization upstream or downstream of the assembly unit.
    • Electro-mechanical length adjustment for handles.
    • Label application on handle.
    • Telescopic handle versions with various additional plastic inserts.
    • Tube shearing for very short handles.
  • 3600 pcs/h – high-productivity assembly units with mechanical cams: dedicated to hanger tip assembly on one side and to the thread/cap assembly on the other.
    Options:
    • Palletization upstream or downstream of the assembly unit.
    • Electro-mechanical length adjustment for handles.
    • Label application on handle.
  • 7200 pcs/h – very high-productivity robotized assembly units: the most performing and technologically advanced version of the product line.

Woodworking

Wooden handles

  • Chucking machines: they can perform sideways cutting, rounding, doming, and diameter reduction from both sides.
  • Tapering machines: all types of thread can be processed.
  • Automatic assembly units for handles with inserts: all types of hanger tips, threads and other head inserts can be assembled.
    Options:
    • Chucking machine functions included.

Shapes and profiles

Milling, boring, tapping and sanding machines: a complete line of automatic machines that allow to manufacture various types of broom and brush blocks, paintbrush handles and similar items.

  • Universal carousel milling machines: automatic machines equipped with outer milling machines or with both inner and outer milling machines, loading parts directly from the magazine, for the production of broom blocks, paintbrush handles and similar items.
  • Universal milling lines with CMC programming: extremely versatile systems with multiple setups that allow for the production of many different profiles in a specific thickness range; they use high-tech tools and are equipped with a vacuuming system and an automatic dust and shaving conveying system.
    Options:
    • Double boring station.
    • Handle sanding, with or without intermediate offloading for non-sanded handles.
